General
J&J Photography of Prescott provides coverage for all types of events including Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and Parties. Events are differentiated from portriats in that they generally include a more informal "Photojournalistic" approach to coverage. This does not mean that we abstain entirely from formal portrait work during events, just that we prefer to catch the action as it happens so that you'll have all of the great memories from your special event to cherish for years to come. For this reason packages in the 'Event' category contain more prints, and also include customized thank you cards to send to your guests. As always we do everything possible to maintain our low prices and produce excellent quality images.
Coverage Fee
The event coverage fee is similar to the portrait sitting fee. The coverage fee covers the cost of having two(2) photographers to cover your event from your specified start time, until your specified end time. This fee doubles as a booking fee, is due at the time of booking to ensure your date remains open. All bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. The coverage fee is charged as follows:
- $75.00 per Hour
- $250.00 per 4-Hour Block
Packages
J&J Photography of Prescott offers 4 package levels. The package prices do not include coverage fees.
- Print-it-yourself - Events: $249.99
- The PIY package presents you with 50 print-ready images. Thats it! That means you own those images and can take them anywhere you'd like to print as many as you want for as long as you want. We also offer these customers a 10% discount on any print orders through J&J Photography within 6 months of the shoot date.
- The Home Package - Events: $99.99
- The Home package is intended
for the customer who wants a small number of prints for display around their
home at a price that rocks! The home package for events includes:
- 1 11x14 Print
- 3 8x10 Prints
- 4 5x7 Prints
- 25 Photographic Thank-You Cards
- The Friends and Family Package - Events: $ 149.99
- The F&F Package is intended
for the customer who wants to share their images with their friends and
family without breaking the bank! The F&F Package for events includes:
- 2 11x14 Print
- 5 8x10 Prints
- 6 5x7 Prints
- 50 Photographic Thank-You cards
- A CD Containing 25 images ready for use on your favorite Website (Not printable)
- The Memories Package - Events: $ 249.99
- The Memories Package provides
everything you'll need for those memories to last a lifetime. The memories
package for events includes:
- 3 11x14 Prints
- 1 11x14 Fine Art Gallery Wrap
- 5 8x10 Prints
- 10 5x7 Prints
- 100 Photographic Thank-You Cards
- A CD Containing 50 images ready for use on your favorite Website (Not printable)
Taxes are not included in package costs. In addition there are no limits to the number of poses you'll have nor the combinations of poses to prints! Keep reading for package add-ons and custom package information!

Realizing that different customers have different needs J&J Photography of Prescott allows it's customers to create custom tailored packages just for them. The custom package have only one requirement, and that is that the minimum order be $65.00 (including sitting/coverage fees)to avoid extra fees from our printers, Thats It!
