At J&J Photography of Prescott we take Copyright Laws very seriously!
In the United States when an image is created, the Copyright is automatically given to the creator of the image, in this case, the Photographer. J&J Photography of Prescott retains the copyright to every image we take, and grant you certain rights to display and print the images we create under 'useage agreements' which vary depending upon the package you select.
Under no circumstances are you to utilize the images we create for commercial purpose without our expressed written permission in the form of a 'commercial useage agreement'.
Under no circumstances are you to print the images we create without our expressed written permission in the form of a 'print useage agreement' this agreement is the one provided with all of our Print-It-Yourself packages.
